Benefit is a well established and trusted beauty brand, if they say something works, it usually does. This is what possessed me to purchase their new 'Porefessional', a pro-balm which is said to instantly minimise the appearance of fine lines and pores. As usual I don't need to be surprised when I use a Benefit product for the first time. The Porefessional has a smooth, velvety texture and is a perfect base to apply foundation over.
I firstly applied The Porefessional to my nose, where I struggle with annoying open pores. ]
I then applied a smaller amount to my chin, as the dimple part of my chin often gets a few noticeable pores. The formula is oil-free so reduces shine throughout your day, and is also translucent which means that one bottle suits all skin tones.
As you can see below, the finished result is a much smoother area of skin, ready to apply your foundation on top of. You can even mix The Porefessional with your foundation for a super-smooth finish!
