Topshop Spring Summer 2012 Collection
Topshop's Spring Summer lookbook was launched last week, leading to various blogs and magazines relaying their admiration for the high street brand. Topshop's all grown up now, with highly stylised seasonal collections and a real reputation in the fashion industry for creating stylish, affordable pieces. With me now working in Topshop, I've been able to have the privilege of seeing these pieces filter in over the previous weeks. 90's Grunge is the first collection that has sparked interest from the fashion world, with double denims, leather and a thick mist of print to get through, it's surely an ode to the hipsters of East London. Spring Equinox shares an array of sickly sweet pastels; think Meadham Kirchoff with added layers and festival influences. South Pacific takes print clashing to a whole new level, with this season's must have 'scarf print', florals (naturally) and Aztec graphics.
