According to Nicola Formichetti's blog, these are the full credits to Lady Gaga's cover and spread in Harper's Bazaar. I adore this editorial, she's donning the front of fashion's rat-pack including Dior, McQueen, Versace and of course Mugler. Her locks are long and candy pink, her controversial 'cheek implants' are in place and the wonderful Derek Blasberg manages to get her to explain these mysterious 'bones' in the interview itself, FINALLY.
